Our Philosophy
Our firm strictly adheres to the practice standards and professional conduct as enunciated in the Financial Planning Association of Australia's (FPA) Code of Professional Practice and Code of Ethics.
We believe that the greatest value our firm can be to clients is to always be available when needed and, through 'walking the talk', instill in our clients the confidence that we will be proactive in suggesting strategy enhancements as we protect their interests.
Our clients are encouraged to engage not only their main point of contact in the firm, but any of the team that would be able to respond to or contend with their requests or concerns.
Our clients are clients of the firm, FinGuard Financial Planning, not just one particular adviser, and therefore all the team are committed to individual client satisfaction. This includes cooperative strategy analysis as well as administration, reporting and being reactive to client concerns.
Our Value Proposition
Our value proposition to clients revolves around four key areas:
-
Developing and maintaining our knowledge and skills
-
Educating our clients
-
Providing a focus on strategy not just product
-
Empathy and building a sound relationship with clients
